Well, people want jobs so they can earn money to buy important things – like food and video games – but, they also want to live in a green, healthy environment. As mayor, it’s your responsibility to make sure your citizens are employed and content, while also keeping pollution levels down and maintaining a healthy planet.

Offshore
Offshore is an innovative interactive web documentary that explores the next chapter of oil exploration, taking viewers hundreds of miles Offshore, and thousands of feet below the ocean floor where the hazards are immense, but the profits are bigger, and where the consequences of something going wrong are catastrophic. Using a virtual Offshore rig...as the central interface, viewers are invited on a first person journey through a nightmarish abandoned rig, damaged and deserted save for a series of ‘hotspots’ - transition points - which propel participants into the full screen world of oil, technology, money and environmental disasters. Beginning with stories from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill, Offshore creates a deeply immersive experience that subtly raises questions about the consequences of our continued dependence on oil. Fort McMoney
Fort McMoney is a 2013 web documentary and strategy video game about Fort McMurray, Alberta, Canada and Athabasca oil sands development. The documentary uses interactive game elements to allow users to decide the city's future and attempt to responsibly develop the world's largest oil sands reserves. While playing, users need to consider multiple perspectives about the Alberta oil sands, including the social, economic and environmental implications for the community of Fort McMurray. Climate Challenge
In Climate Challenge, the player takes on the role of the President of Europe, choosing policies to reduce carbon dioxide emissions from 2000 to 2100. The player has to balance emissions reductions with making sure there is enough electricity, water and food for the people, whilst also managing their spending and trying to remain popular with the electorate.
