Natural Disasters
Stop Disasters (Updated Version - 2018)
Disaster prevention awareness on a grand scale. This game from the UN International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (ISDR) tackles the very real issue around the world of saving lives and reducing the financial impact that natural hazards cause when they turn into disasters. There are five scenarios to explore: a tsunami in Southeast Asia, a hurricane in the Caribbean, a wildfire in Australia, an earthquake in the Mediterranean, and a flood in Europe.

Inside the Haiti Earthquake
Inside the Haiti Earthquake is designed to challenge assumptions about relief work in disaster situations. This is not a game. Nobody is keeping score. By playing the role of an aid worker, journalist and survivor, you will be given the opportunity to commit to various strategies, and experience their consequences. Please note that this simulation contains graphic and disturbing imagery.
